Julia Carpenter Alias Spider-Woman/Arachne is a Marvel super heroine,after the events of Spider-Man: Grim Hunt,she becomes the new Madame Web after Cassandra Wedd's death,in fact she will become one of the main allies of Peter Parker.She have also a daughter named Rachel. Not long after she was given identity of Spider-Woman, she was drawn into the first Secret Wars.
