The Race::1999 Low Bob's Discount Tobacco Town 100 was a CRA Kendall Late Model Series event held at Track::Salem Speedway on July 31, 1999. Eventual season champ Brian Ross was in victory lane once more, holding off Scott Neal in one of Neal's finest runs of the year. Brian Rievley, whose late issues allowed Ross to take the lead, finished a disappointing 20th after leading the first 91 circuits.
