The Doma Plains are exquisitely drab, exquisitely flat, and exquisitely boring. The only real use for them is to test one's new speeder or swoop prior to crashing it in the Halidome, which lies far to the south. In fact, there are only a few things visible on the horizon. One of them is the racecourse, a small blister on the southern skyline, and Mount Kraskhara, which lies to the east. Pax city, of course, is also visible, it's transparent bubbles reflecting the sun's rays in places.
