Farooq Gibran (died October 19 2014), posthumously nicknamed "Blackout" by Cisco Ramon, was a citizen of Central City affected by the aftermath of the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator and gained the power to harness electrical energy. He was also the good friend of the late Jake Davenport and the late Daria Kim.
