Clarice the Cow is a cow and the only source of milk in the area of Horseshoe Gulch. She appeared in the "Wild West" episode of Bert and Ernie's Great Adventures Sheriff Ernie and Deputy Bert seek out Clarice and find her dancing with Billy the Bull (Joey Mazzarino) in a saloon. Clarice reveals that she and Billy are going on a world tour and their carriage is arriving at “high noon”. Bert and Ernie try to convince her to stay by offering Bert as a dancing partner, but his dancing is not up to her standards. Bert believes she could make the world come to her, which touches her and she decides to stay in Horseshoe Gulch.
