Elemental Elation is a tier 3 skill in Krieg's Hellborn skill tree. When Elemental Status Effect damage-over-time is being done to enemies, Krieg gains stacks of Elemental Elation at a rate of 1 stack per second, which increase his magazine size and firing rate. The maximum number of stacks is 20. These will decay over time at a rate of 2 stacks per second if you have not dealt elemental damage over time for 2 seconds. Stacks will not decay if you are on fire.
