A rotten tomato is found in the crate next to the pillory in New Varrock. It is one of the ingredients, along with dog hair and a cabbage, that the Apothecary requires to make a sobriety potion for Dimension of Disaster: Demon Slayer. The tomato can also be thrown at Pauline Polaris, Meg or Hazelmere.
