In the Shadow of the Sun is a short story in the "Leaders of the Horde" series by Sarah Pine and the grand prize winner of a creative writing contest held by Blizzard in 2009. The winning submission differs from the official "In the Shadow of the Sun", which is published on Blizzard's Battle.net.
