Double Fang is one of Revenant's weapons (and is also available for custom Assassins, Barbarians, Gladiators, Thieves, and Sword Masters) in Soulcalibur III. It is available for purchase at the Weapon Shop after defeating Edith in Chronicle 2. It increases defense power and nullifies some opponent counters.
