Jan Vopat (born March 22, 1973 in Most, Czechoslovakia) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 126 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Los Angeles Kings and Nashville Predators and scored 11 goals and 20 assists. He was chosen 57th overall in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft by the Hartford Whalers. Vopat stayed in the Czech Republic and was traded to the Los Angeles Kings in 1995.
