an Entity in Data Space: dbkwik.org

A member of a hostile race of terrorists who blew up some buildings in El Grando, Kyratovia and then vanished out of thin air. Their name came from their chant "Heil Cyrus, heil Cyrus!". The name might have came from Cyrene, an ancient city on the coast of Africa. This theory however is in dispute, for now there have been more sightings of these people.
