The Decade Apex of Tag Teams (nicknamed the Tag Team Apex) will be an Apex listing of the top 10 e-wrestling tag teams to have competed in the e-federation, Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW), formerly the Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA). The Tag Team Apex was voted by 19 veterans spanning different eras in PWA/LPW history. The majority of the list will be revealed during everyday of December 2009, with the top three to be unveiled at All-Stars supershow.
