Rafi Zayid was a young man who was also a member of the terrorist cell in Los Angeles which drew him onto NCIS's radar. He also had a sister named Shakira Zayid who NCIS Office of Special Projects Agent G. Callen later befriended while undercover as deceased arms dealer, Liam Coyle. Unfortunately, Mossad operative, Michael Rivkin got there before they did and killed Rafi by stabbing him in the heart.
