Frozen solid along his friends during a Devok attack in 1985, nerdy but intelligent Lance is the youngest of Shaun's gang. Although he is a good friend, his teammates still pick on him. In the special Friends of the Past, he and his friends were thawed out in present day, they stole the prototype Cell Blaster and Communicrossers to commit crimes. Lance then later becomes friends with the Spy Rangers. In the final episode The Final Stand, he and his friends were forced to go back to their own time during another Devok attack, where he becomes the Green Saurus Ranger.
