The move charges up Chibi Robo's plug with electricity and then Chibi Robo whips the cord forth; it has a great range on it, can be aimed up and down, even straight upwards, Chibi Robo can turn around to direct the attack the other way, and the cord bounces off of walls. When used in the air, Chibi Robo begins rapidly spinning the cord around like a lasso while charging it up, allowing Chibi Robo to hover horizontally through the air; the cord will also grapple ledges.
