The Cardiff police force constrained him and PC Andy Davidson called in Torchwood to deal with him. Jack stunned him and locked him up in the Torchwood vaults. He was later transported through the Rift again — most likely back to his native time and place — when the Torchwood team opened the Rift once again to try and undo the damage. (TV: End of Days)
