"Without a Hat" is sung by Marjory the Trash Heap, along with Boober, Red, Philo and Gunge in the Fraggle Rock episode "You Can't Do That Without a Hat." Boober comes to the Trash Heap wanting advice about how to be brave, and she tells him that all he needs to do is wear a hat. The song is later reused in The Great Radish Round Up and sung by Gobo and Red when the Fraggle Five are making their own hats to reclaim the radishes from a shack in The Gorgs' Garden.
