She's possibly the cousin of Malcolm Landgraab II and second cousin of Malcolm Landgraab III. So, in that case, the original Malcolm Landgraab from The Sims (console) would be her uncle. Because of these similarities, Queenie may be an altered version of Nancy or Nancy dresses like her mother to honor her. She also has paternal grandparents, Kitty and Kermit who died of old age a long time ago.
