Phoenix takes out his briefcase and opens it up, a bright light shining from it; opponents caught in the light are trapped in the attack. Phoenix is seated behind a desk in a courtroom; he stands up and opens his briefcase, lots of evidence inside of it; he then shouts, 'It's time you paid for your crimes! Take this!' He then slams his fists down upon the desk and the judge slams down his gavel, afterwards the word 'Guilty' in large blocky lettering slams across the opponent and they are launched away, instantly being K.O'd.
