Compared to other unique items, Doombringer's properties are actually quite straightforward. With rather large added damage, Doombringer is great offensively and, unless an enemy is immune to physical damage, it dishes out consistent amounts of damage. Combined with its damage, Doombringer also has a good boost to Attack Rating. With the addition of life leech, a physical fighter using Doombringer may find themselves absorbing quite a bit of life.
