Cape Elisabeth is a province of Arcadia. Cape Elisabeth is the northwesternmost province and borders the People's Republic of Catharinia. It has the most inhabitants of all Arcadian provinces and is densely populated. It has high wealth rates and is technologically advanced. Its capital is Kingston City, the third city in Arcadia. Cape Elisabeth compromises a large part of the Arcadian West Coast and a part of Taluva Island, an island that is disputed territority with the People's Republic.
