Weather Vortexes were enormous whirlwinds, similar to tornadoes, which formed around the edges of massive storm formations. Extremely destructive and dangerous, the only individuals known to have entered one without being killed were Quint and Twig. They contained mood-altering weather patterns with effects similar to those of a Mind Storm, inducing sadness, terror, joy, and rage in rapid succession.
