In 2383, Romulan Praetor Gell Kamemor proposed that Typhon Pact vessels could be allowed to enter the Rigel Corridor, although Federation President Nanietta Bacco refused on grounds that the presence of Tzenkethi and Tholian starships in the Rigel Corridor could cause anxiety.
