Lord Woodborne is a noble who resides in Wayrest. He was betrothed to Princess Elysana, but during the chaotic Battle of Cryngaine Field, he assassinated King Lysandus of Daggerfall. Allegedly, he had a connection to Gothryd, the son of Lysandus himself, according to this note: Lysandus does not rest. His spirit sought vengeance. He haunted the streets of Daggerfall and shouted "Vengeance...". Lord Woodborne met his unfortunate end at the hands of the mysterious agent of Uriel Septim VII, which subsequently laid Lysandus' spirit to rest.
