The Beta Hat will be a hat in Wild Warfare. Presumably, only those who played Wild Warfare when it was in alpha/beta will be able to obtain it (though currently, everyone should be able to obtain it since Wild Warfare is still in the alpha stage.) It was first confirmed by a tweet from Paul Moore.
