Francoise Yip is a Canadian actress of Chinese and French descent who portrayed Chizuru Kagura in King of Fighters. Yip is best known as Nancy in Rumble in The Bronx with Jackie Chan, work with Jet Li twice in Black Mask as Cailyn/Mei Lin, a lead romantic interest and as a Motorcycle fighter in Romeo Must Die, Dr. Teng on Smallville & Ms. Yutani in Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.
