To defeat King Hippo you must punch him in the mouth when he raises his glove above his head. He will shake before he does this which is the signal to punch hime in the face. If he does not shake dodge cause he is about to throw a regular punch. After successfully hitting him in the mouth throw body shots at his exposed belly. Sequence must be repeated 4 times and he's down for the count.
