It is a single-piece outfit consisting of a unique black and white leather jacket. The jacket is made very distiguishable by an Albanian gang emblem on the back, and is zipped up at all times. It belonged to an unknown member of the Albanian Mob before he was killed and hidden in a fridge by Gerald McReary. The jacket is unlocked when it is given to Niko at the start of the mission I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots and Your Motorcycle, wherein he poses as an Albanian mobster. The outfit is added to Niko's wardrobe after completion of the mission.
