The Hecteyes, also known as the 100Eye, HectEyes, or the Gazer, is an enemy from Final Fantasy II. It is highly resistant to all elements, so straight physical strikes are the best way to defeat it. It will use some powerful debilitating spells, including Stun XVI, Confuse XVI, Slow XVI, Drain XVI, and Warp IX.
