Part of the Pilgrim meta-achievement for Pilgrim's Bounty. This can be done on normal or heroic, normal is easily soloed or you can get a few people, no need for a tank if you're all 80, especially if you can find a healer. The only thing to be wary of if you're soloing this as a caster is to be aware that some of the enemies do reflect spells, but that's the only danger that you face.
