It plays when James Sunderland meets Eddie Dombrowski vomiting in the bathroom of one of the rooms of the Wood Side Apartments. The song also appears briefly in the Silent Hill film. It plays as Rose and Christopher Da Silva hold their daughter Sharon in the game's beginning after she nearly falls into a gorge and is the background music as the film's title flashes on the screen.
