Dame Carrie Lomax was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. In 1850 PD, she served as Fourth Space Lord, overseeing the Bureau of Weapons. She was conservative in her views, but still slightly more open-minded than Admirals Truman or Havinghurst. She died unexpectedly at some point before May 1870 PD. (Companion)
