Navy Decorations are the third special collection you can obtain and is given to you by Will Turner at Notoriety Level 21. They can be plundered from enemies across the Caribbean. Each time one of these items are found, they are sold immediately and gold is earned for the pirate. Below is a table that contains all the items in this collection.
