Musikagungs were Gungans proficient in playing a musical instrument. One of the most prestigous Gungan bands was the Great Municipal Band, which was composed of Naboo's finest musikagungs. The band was conducted by musikagung Beezar Pert prior to 32 BBY, and Augara Jowil during the Trade Federation Invasion of Naboo. Musikagungs performed the symponiks "Symponika Crunchen-Grand," composed by Pert, and "Symponik Nabooalla," composed by Jowil. The Bawoonka and drums were some of the instruments used by the musikagungs.
