Soilflyer was a male mole who was an excellent digger. Along with Foremole and some mice from Loamhedge Abbey, he ventured into Kotir, which was at the time deserted. After discovering that they might be able to flood out the fortress, Urthclaw, Billum and Soilflyer dug the flood tunnels. He later went on to live at Redwall Abbey after Mossflower Woods was liberated.
