Eric Maleinos, 42nd Duke of Cappadochia, (7 November 1815 – 25 November 1865) was Diadochian peer and Megas Domestikos and Domestikos Trapezēs. He was the son of Eric Maleinos, 41st Duke of Cappadochia. He was a member of the liberal Prásinoi Party, serving as a member of the Parliament of Diadochia for Tyana in the House of Koiná from 1832 to 1846, and for Malagina from 1846–1847, both of which were long associated with the Maleinos family. He married Marie Angelica D'Laval
