Derelict Row appears to be an abandoned construction site, located within the Detroit city hub in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It serves as a stronghold for the Derelict Row Ballers, a street gang hostile to many, augmented people in particular. When entering, be careful not to be seen by the gang members or they will become hostile.
