National Mobilization Law() was legislated in the National People's Congress on 26 February 2010 to put the national economy and civilian of the People's Republic of China in the on social unrest or war-time footing. The law was enforced on 1 July 2010. Foreign comanise are also demanded to serve the military needs of the Chinese regime by the Central Military Committee.
