Filthy Phil is a green, fat, and filthy fish who lives on Karate Island, in the SpongeBob SquarePants animated series episode "Karate Island". His body odor is so strong, he uses it to defeat his opponents. His lair is located on the third floor and is filled with mud. He fought Sandy Cheeks, who was trying to save SpongeBob, but lost hopelessly as his odor proved useless against Sandy's glass helmet. He ended up smelling his own body odor, which rendered him unconscious.
