Route 11 is a desert route that connects Cragonos Mines and Aredia City. Before player can use Rock Smash on field, the only way to access this route is by the Sky Train that links to Cragonos Peak and Route 10, which requires a pass acquired after obtaining Soaring Badge and completing the mission in Anthian City. Well known for being a desert route, a sandstorm constantly rages throughout the area. The deep sand here is home to numerous Ground-type Pokémon.
