Tiny Eagle is an agent and spy of the Guild of Calamitous Intent, particularly Phantom Limb. Like Tiny Joseph, he is a man of fantastically diminutive state, which he uses to his advantage for recon. He pilots a tiny jet that passes for an eagle.
