Pre-Porygon is a Normal-type Bio Tech Pokemon. It stands on 2 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 80.5 lbs. Its abilities are Trace and Download. An experiment was recently carried out on a Porygon-Z to try and give it the ability to reproduce like a normal Pokemon. The experiment was a complete success and not only did it create Pre-Porygon but Pre-Porygon evolves by leving up instead of the use of the Up-Grade. It evolves into Porygon 2.
