Doctress Who is a United Kingdom based Science Fiction television programme produced by BBC 4 and american based Blue Phoenix Productions. The entire series centers around the adventures of the The Doctress (essentially a feminized alternate universe version of The Doctor) and her various companions throughout various periods of space and time.
