Tor was a demon serving as the new Liaison to the Senior Partners at the Wolfram & Hart Las Vegas branch. He had the ability to remotely possess other beings or "shells". When Spike appeared in Las Vegas, Tor possessed Spike's friend Jeremy Johns in an attempt to do business with Spike without the danger of the vampire "shooting the messenger". However, Tor's original host body was beheaded by Drusilla while the two witnessed a fight between Spike and the vampire hunter John from the White Room, leaving Jeremy unconscious for a while.
