The Sadistic Bladderwrack is an unpleasant Flower that heads the Division of Cool and Unusual Punishment in the Department of Floaters. While nothing has been said for sure, he is probably not a Firstborn, as his moniker was only applied to him after a long period of working for the PPC—for many years, he was just the Bladderwrack, and his first known post was the Department of Clichéd Humour. This was an utter disaster, as within half a year every single DCH agent had gone irretreviably insane, and the Bladderwrack spent six years trying to get back into its fellow Flowers' good graces before starting the DCUP; he probably became "Sadistic" during this intervening period.
