Edgar Fanshaw is the Security Chief for the Whittier Gallery. The Bad Seeds, She-Beast mostly, tell him about the planned robbery of the gallery by Mister Cool, Sneaky Pete, Cyclone, and Sabbath. When the robbery occurs while they are talking, and the Cadet Crusaders show up. Mr. Fanshaw has the Seeds protect the Gallery.
