The Burning Wound was the name given to the volcanic rift that gave rise to the Scar on the planet Belsavis between the Power Center cavern to the west and the Tomb to the east. Heat from the Burning Wound formed the scar by melting the ice to the north and south, extending the ice canyon in those directions.
