WZZP-TV is a commercial-free television station located in Atlanta, Georgia operating on channel 7; and it is affiliated with Cartoon Network from 12pm until 9pm during the daytime hours. WZZP-TV is also affiliated with Adult Swim every night from 9pm until 6am during Cartoon Network's downtime and the UK preschool channel Cartoonito every morning from 6am until 12pm. It is owned and operated by WZZP-TV Partnership, which is the 20/20/20 joint venture with Nintendo, Namco, and Ubisoft and serves the Atlanta, Georgia area. It began broadcasting in 1968 as a independent station. It became a full-time affiliate of Cartoon Network in October 1992 and added Adult Swim as a nighttime-only affiliate in September 2001 and Cartoonito as a morning-only affiliate in March 2008.
