Fit mit Grobi ("Fitness with Grover") is a recurring Sesamstrasse segment that debuted in the fall 2015 season. In the series, Grover hosts a series of workouts and athletic events to get the viewer in shape. Grover ends up suffering some type of misfortune based on his exercise regimen and ends up passed out on the ground by the segment's end.
