Ruckus makes more noise than actions. In reality Ruckus is unsure of himself and his abilities but hides it behind bravado and chest beating. An unruly tape and can be angered very easily by anyone. His rage holds no bounds and can't be calmed down easily if he is set off. As one of the tapes he has excellent communications equipment in tape mode as well as magnetic attachment abilities but little offense. In gorilla mode Ruckus employs a back mounted twin laser. Has exceptional strength and endurance but is not very smart. Ruckus can be tricked into situations that leave him vulnerable.
